"Greg was very responsive to my phone calls and very patient with my delay in making color choices, etc.. He was more than willing to make recommendations and to do the job the way I wanted it done. I was not in a hurry to have the work done, but he always kept me informed of when the workers would be there, etc. and very apologetic when the weather caused delays. Although the work wasn't as perfect as I had hoped - I expected the cracks to be filled in better with the Revive which Greg explained was due to the nature of the product and I had to ask for the spindles to be repainted in a few places (which was done quite willingly and without hesitation ), the deck looks so much better than it did.
