"I have a deck that was in bad shape - mold, staining, some rot, multiple different stains and paints applied, etc. I'm not at all a novice at home repair and maintenance and I thought I had some pretty realistic expectations for what to expect in terms of results. The first guy to come pressure washed the deck. Very punctual and respectful. He gave a great explanation of what he was going to do, what I should expect, and how long it would take. He took a lot of care in protecting the inside and outside of my property as well. When he was finished the deck dried for a couple of days. A few days later I came home from work and the deck had been sealed. I was completely blow away at the job DRS did. Totally exceeded my expectations.
